The Advanced Security module lets you control entry and viewing access by individual program, department, general ledger code, and more for secure distributed use of the system.

• Easy to configure - Select the account level at which to enforce security, be it at the program level, department level, by funding source, or a combination. Then assign permissions at the individual or group level.
• Restrict transaction entry - Limit transaction entry personnel's access to designated accounts to eliminate errors and improve control. Ensure the security of data while not unnecessarily restricting access to areas of the system needed to maintain productivity.
• Limit reporting to accounts relevant to the viewer - Allow program managers or department heads to monitor their own budgets without exposing competing budgets.
• Complements Executive View Licenses - Grant reporting and inquiry access to managers across your organization. With advanced security and executive view licenses, you can reduce demands for reports from the accounting staff while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports and still protect confidential information.
