Usually, our consultants become involved when the client has more than a technical problem, such as new or changed requirements, new personnel, installing version upgrades, or desire to better utilize existing software features. In many cases our assistance will require coming on-site, although we make full use of teleconferencing and 'help desk' technology to minimize the cost to the client.
