TRAINING

We provide two types of training. The first is the one-on-one coaching and learning by doing that goes on during a software implementation or subsequent engagements. It is specifically geared to the client's specialized needs and priorities. It is an integral part of every implementation project.

For new users of our software we typically recommend that the accounting staff take advantage of Sage's excellent and economical web-based training sessions that cover the basics of various Sage MIP functions and modules. It is our experience that acquiring some of this training makes the one-on-one involvement that we supply more effective.

Our other training consists of seminars and workshops conducted live or over the Web. Constantly evolving, these one to three hour sessions presented by our consultants or outside experts are primarily directed to not-for-profit decision-makers. The subjects include financial management best practices, financial literacy, and knowing when to move from entry-level accounting software.
